What You’ll Learn:

– Croissant dough preparation

– Perfect lamination techniques (focus on machine use)

– Variety of Danish shapes and flavors:

• Red berry Danish

• Mango Danish

• Salted Danish

• Tomato Danish

• Pain Suisse with custard


Important Note:

If the class exceeds 7 participants, attendees will work in pairs per table.

Each participant will still complete their own individual products.

 Refund & Cancellation Policy:

– Participants may cancel at any time; however, all cancellations are non-refundable.

– ABA Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course up to 7 days prior to its start date. In such cases, paid participants will receive a full refund.

– In exceptional circumstances (severe weather, bereavement, or other unforeseen personal emergencies), participants may receive a full refund, subject to review.
