What You Will Learn

• Preparing an easy chocolate sponge

• Creating a smooth chocolate cream (mousse texture)

• Building a crunchy layer for texture contrast

• Assembling a complete chocolate Pyrex cake

Notes

• Participants will work individually.

• Each participant will prepare one full Pyrex cake and take it home.

• If more than 8 participants register, some participants may share a table.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Participants may cancel their registration at any time; however, all cancellations are non-refundable.

• The ABA Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class up to 7 days before the start date. In such cases, participants who have paid will receive a full refund.

• In exceptional circumstances (such as severe weather, bereavement, or unforeseen personal emergencies), participants may be eligible for a full refund, subject to review and approval by the Academy.
