  • – How to temper chocolate using two techniques (tabling & seeding)
  • – Molding techniques
  • – Various chocolate decorations
  • – Bonbon with coffee ganache

 Important Note:

Note: If the class exceeds 7 participants, attendees will work in pairs per table.

Each participant will still complete their own individual products.
