Join us for a hands-on experience dedicated to the delicate and elegant world of choux pastry. Whether you’re new to pastry or looking to refine your skills, this class will walk you through every essential technique to perfect your choux creations.

What you’ll learn:

  • • How to prepare perfect choux pastry dough from scratch
  • How to make and apply craquelin for a perfect shape and texture
  • • How to prepare rich hazelnut cream for gourmet hazelnut choux
  • • How to create soft caramel for added flavor and decoration

This workshop is fully hands-on. Each participant will make all recipes individually. However, if the class exceeds 7 participants, attendees will work in pairs per table, sharing the workspace only — all recipes and techniques will still be practiced individually.
