• The technique of perfect lamination — by hand and using a machine

• How to make and roll pain au chocolat (chocolate croissants)

👨‍🍳 This is a fully hands-on workshop where each participant will prepare their dough, practice lamination, and shape multiple croissants under the direct supervision of Chef Mathis.

👩‍🍳 Note: If the class exceeds 7 participants, attendees will work in pairs per table. 

However, each participant will complete their products individually.
