Step into the world of refined French pastry in this immersive, hands-on workshop dedicated to puff pastry and mille-feuille. Perfect for pastry enthusiasts and aspiring bakers alike, this class will guide you through essential techniques to master flaky, layered perfection.

What you’ll learn:

• How to prepare puff pastry from scratch with perfect lamination

• How to create a classic mille-feuille with smooth vanilla cream filling

• How to make apple turnovers using puff pastry and apple compote

• How to shape and bake golden, caramelized palmiers

This workshop is fully hands-on. Each participant will prepare all recipes individually. In the event of more than 7  participants, attendees will work in pairs per table, sharing the workspace only — all practical work remains individual.
