2-Day Workshop with Chef Issam Antar

✨ What You’ll Learn
During this hands-on 2-day workshop, participants will explore the fundamentals of sourdough baking and prepare a variety of artisan breads:
– Focaccia
– Cheddar cheese & oregano loaf
– Chocolate cranberry loaf
– Multicereal loaf with walnuts & dates
– Brioche
– Pain au lait
Each participant will work on their own doughs while learning techniques for mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking.
Important Note
If the class exceeds 7 participants, attendees will work in pairs per table.
However, each participant will still complete their own products individually.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
– Participants may cancel their registration at any time; however, all cancellations are non-refundable.
– The ABA Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class up to 7 days before the start date. In such cases, participants who have paid will receive a full refund.
– In exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe weather, bereavement, or unforeseen personal emergencies), participants may be eligible for a full refund, subject to review.
