Essential Chocolate Techniques:

  • How to Temper Chocolate by hand for shine, snap, and stability
  • Using Colored Cocoa Butter for decorative effects (tempering included)
  • Creating a variety of Chocolate Decorations, including:
    • Shards and curls
    • Fans and spirals
    • Textured and marbled designs
    • Molds and abstract artistic shapes

✨ Bonus Skill:

  • How to Apply Chocolate Decorations to Cakes – positioning and assembling for elegant, eye-catching presentation

Workshop Format:

Note: If the class exceeds 7 participants, attendees will work in pairs per table. 

However, each participant will complete their products individually.
