Demonstration: tempering chocolate using the tabling method

• Creating different types of chocolate decorations

• Making chocolate bonbons (molding technique)

Demonstration: preparing a basic ganache

Notes

• Participants will work individually.

• If more than 9 participants register, some participants may share a table.
