What You’ll Learn:
- How to prepare choux pastry from scratch with proper texture and rise
- Techniques for piping éclairs evenly and baking them to perfection

- Mango Éclairs
- Pistachio Éclairs
- Hazelnut Éclairs
- How to make multiple types of pastry cream fillings
- Different finishing techniques, including glazing and garnishing for a professional look
Workshop Format:
Note: If the class exceeds 7 participants, attendees will work in pairs per table.
However, each participant will complete their products individually.
