What You Will Learn
• Mixing baguette dough
• Shaping the baguette
• Proofing and baking techniques
• How to maintain and keep sourdough alive
(Each participant will receive sourdough to take home)
Important Information
• French baguettes require two days.
• Dough prepared the day before will be used during the class.
• Dough made during the workshop will be taken home.
Notes
• Participants will work individually.
• If more than 9 participants register, some participants may share a table and mix dough together.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Participants may cancel their registration at any time; however, all cancellations are non-refundable.
• The ABA Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class up to 7 days before the start date. In such cases, participants who have paid will receive a full refund.
• In exceptional circumstances (such as severe weather, bereavement, or unforeseen personal emergencies), participants may be eligible for a full refund, subject to review and approval by the Academy.
