Join Chef Mathis David for a fully hands-on macaron workshop focused on mastering the Italian meringue technique. In this detailed session, you'll learn how to create elegant, bakery-style macarons with precision and consistency.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to prepare macaron batter using the Italian meringue method
  • Techniques for macaronage, piping, resting, and baking
  • Creating and assembling two flavor profiles:
    • Raspberry macarons
    • Pistachio macarons

Workshop Format:

Note: If the class exceeds 7 participants, attendees will work in pairs per table. 

However, each participant will complete their products individually.
